NJDHS’ Office of New Americans has developed Know-Your-Rights materials for immigrants and refugees and organizations/businesses who serve them. Resources are available in English and Spanish. Other languages will be available soon.
2. School-Related State and Federal Requirements Pertaining to Immigrant Students and Families
NJDOE‘s Office of School Preparedness & Emergency Planning has provided resources designed to support school officials, staff, and communities in safeguarding the physical well-being of students.
