Minimum Qualifications Necessary Include:
- At least 5 years of hands on experience working with school-age children in out-of school time (OST).
- At least 3 years of OST staff supervision experience.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable with in person and virtual interaction.
- Knowledge of school-age afterschool and OST program best practices, quality assessment tools, and resources.
- Competent, proficient and comfortable in the use of technology with the ability, facility, and basic tools to work virtually and professionally.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including occasional evening and weekend hours.
- Ability/willingness to travel up to 50 miles/trip for onsite visits, but occasionally beyond for special events.
Additional Desirable Qualifications:
- Ability to create and deliver in person &/or virtual training with accompanying slide shows and handouts.
- Spanish &/or other language fluency.
