Youth ambassadors have been selected! Meet 51 youth leaders from all 50 states, ready to inspire and advocate for equitable access to STEM
What is the Flight Crew
The Flight Crew is a group of youth advocates promoting the value of STEM learning and equity for young people across the nation. The Flight Crew embodies the mission of the Million Girls Moonshot to elevate afterschool STEM learning to build a better future for young people everywhere AND support your region as a youth spokesperson for OST STEM. Over the course of eight months, Flight Crew members will receive leadership development and public speaking training, and connect to peers and STEM mentors across the nation.
The 2024 cohort will champion OST STEM, while honing their advocacy and leadership skills during eight months of virtual programming –including leadership development opportunities, public speaking experience, resume and interview coaching, access to scholarships and internships and mentor connections– using their experiences in afterschool and summer learning.

From Union City, New Jersey, Isabella is interested in pursuing a career in astronomy or aerospace engineering.
