NJSACC is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant that will provide support to NJSACC staff in managing day-to-day operations through event support, database management, communication, and general virtual office support.

- Administrative Assistant: will provide support to the NJSACC staff in managing day-to-day operations through event support, database management, communication, and general office support.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Creates and maintains various forms, templates, and information databases connected to NJSACC services including registrations, forms, surveys, and other documentation and/or communication as necessary to support staff.
- Provides tech support to staff during virtual meetings (zoom set up; tracking attendance; running slides; working with the chat and closed captioning features; creating breakout groups, white boards, polls; helping participants troubleshoot technical problems during meetings; note taking; etc.).
- Works with senior staff in creating, maintaining, and administering both virtual and in person evaluation and data tracking systems including distribution, recording results, dissemination, communication, etc.
- Assists senior staff in gathering detailed information for grants and other applications and reports.
- Attends and provides support at NJSACC conferences, workshops, and information services.
- Completes all documentation and reports in a professional and timely manner.
- Responds to emails, voicemails, and all other communication daily on weekdays as necessary.
- Other duties as necessary and/or assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Fluent and professional in the English language with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Associates degree in a relevant field from an accredited university and/or equivalent, relevant experience.
- Minimum two years related experience; nonprofit experience a plus.
- High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail in remote office organization and processes.
- Ability to work a 4 or 5 day 21 hour workweek scheduled Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am-6pm (choice of days/hours within that time frame) including availability for virtual work one-two weeknights/month until 9pm.
- Ability to work entirely from our Westfield office location, or, has the basic facility to work virtually and professionally from a remote location with the ability to work at the Westfield office at least twice/month.
- High level of competence and proficiency in the use of technology including competence with at least Microsoft Office, Google suite, spreadsheets, databases, word processing, PowerPoint presentations, zoom, email and cell phone functions.
- Experience in collecting, organizing, recording, and processing data and maintaining data management systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time and projects effectively and efficiently.
- Able to agree to and follow all of the applicable staff guidelines as detailed in the NJSACC Staff Handbook.

- NJSACC is a statewide agency, serving all of NJ. Option to work 100% from Westfield office, or, combination of remote and Westfield office
salary or salary range:
- Part-Time; 21 hours per week;
- $27,300/ annual salary with generous benefit package including paid time off
