TAKE NOTICE that on Monday, June 10, 2024, the Department of Human Services (DHS), Division of
Family Development (DFD) is conducting a virtual public hearing to collect input on the State of New Jersey’s
proposed Child Care State Plan to receive federal funding. The proposed CCDF State Plan will cover the time
period of October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2027.

period of October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2027.
This opportunity for public input is being conducted to meet the requirements of 45 C.F.R. §98.14(c). DFD staff
will provide a brief overview of the proposed CCDF State Plan at the beginning of the session and receive
verbal testimony regarding the plan.
